Having lived in Japan as a child for nine years (1997~2006), then in Singapore for three years (2006~2009), then in Korea for two years (2010~2012), and now living in China for four years to the present (2012~present), I have grown not only to acknowledge the cultures of these countries but also to unaffectedly appreciate them...

 

Learning to be abstinent, disciplined, and economical while living in Japan as a child for nine years, it was difficult for me to adjust to the rather liberal life style of Singapore, all within mere three years of my life at that, too, but that did not deter me from becoming accustomed to and enjoying the local culture...
